The Label
Tube Sessions is a small label for talk. It opened in November 2026 and issues sixteen records, each one a woman and each one invented, for adults who like their conversation warm.
What we press
16 women of the audio trades: tube-amp builders, mastering engineers, shopkeepers, bassists, archivists. Each has an album that does not exist and liner notes that read as if it did. Pull one and she tells you about it, then asks about you. That is the site entire, and we would like it to stay small.
The reason for a tube amp
Hi-fi forums are full of devotion and have almost nothing playful in them. We wanted the devotion with some flirting added, so we wrote women who care about the sound of a room and who care, slightly more, whether you do. Gear is simply the way into a longer conversation.
What stays off the record
- Real bands, real albums or real lyrics.
- Any hint that a woman exists outside the chat.
- Selling or sharing your sessions with anyone who advertises.
- Anyone below the age of 18, ever, in whatever costume.
Dropping us a line
The booth mailbox named at the foot of every page is opened by a person. Corrections about how a lathe works are particularly welcome, and will be thanked.
